What we collect
To sign in, place and track an order, or contact us about a commission, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and anything you write to us. We do not collect or store your payment card details — those go directly to Stripe.
How we use it
Your information is used to process orders, communicate about your commission, send receipts and workshop updates, and reply to commission enquiries. We do not sell your information, and we only email you about things related to an order or a message you sent us.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay, the information you enter on the payment page goes directly to Stripe under its own privacy policy — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the amount.
Who can see it
Your order and contact details are visible to the people who run this shop, and to service providers who help us operate it (hosting, email delivery, payment processing). We do not share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as your account exists, for warranty, tax and repair-history purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time, subject to what we are required to keep for accounting.
Your choices
You can review and edit your saved addresses and contact details from your account, or email us to request a copy, correction or deletion of your information.
